The vast majority are produced in TS16949 approved factories with TUV certification. Illustrated below are some of the latest state of the art production facilities. |

Quality control
For your peace of mind
All Winnard Brake Discs and Brake Drums are manufactured to our specifications and controlled through our stringent quality control procedures.
To ensure complete dimensional and material conformity we check every batch through our quality control system which utilise our two three dimensional Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (C.M.M's)
Systems and Procedures
Our ISO9001 approved quality control procedures, which have been incorporated into our bespoke product database and manufacturing control systems, provide us with the necessary knowledge and structure to control the quality of our Commercial Vehicle Brake Discs and Brake Drums.
Every part checked is recorded on our "in-house" designed and created manufacturing database which integrates with our full systems software.
Not all Brake Discs are the same
Without specialised measuring equipment and detailed material analysis it is impossible to ascertain the quality of any Brake Discs supplied. Even with this equipment you still require the technical knowledge and engineering experience to interpret the information.
