Brake Discs - Design & Development
It is our aim to improve the operational performance of our Brake Discs. Through innovative design enhancements in both material and machining specifications we continue to produce Brake Discs which provide excellent operational performance at competitive market prices.
Part of this development includes the creation of new ventilating patterns to help increase air flow and heat dissipation.
We further enhance brake disc designs by incorporating Stainless Steel ABS rings instead of CAST.
Optional Material specifications to include heavy duty Spherolic castings.

Each batch is checked to ensure dimensional conformity using the latest Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (C.M.M.) technology.
